Everything in the garden is rosie. Sue very kindly brought her winning button along to Coffee and Stitch on Tuesday at West Park URC so I got chance to take a photograph. With the wonders of technology I have made a whole row of them for you to see.
Hope you like them. Well done Sue.
I believe Norma has some photos of all of the buttons so once I get chance to get a copy of them I will post them on the blog for all to see.
The other good news was the amount of money we raised for the church through the sale of our christmas stars. I believe it was £63.45. Thanks to all of those who made this such a success.

Nidderdale branch have invited members of Harrogate branch to participate in their next workshop if they are interested. It is the "Tangled Treasures" workshop with Alyson Midgelow-Marsden. It will start at 10 am and finish at 4 pm and will be held in Birstwith Church Hall. If anyone is interested perhaps they could contact either Hazel or Jacqui and we can put you in touch with the organisers who can also advise you of the cost.
Some members will recall that Alyson did run the same workshop some years ago for Harrogate and the photograph above is some of Heather's knitting which emanated from it.

This meeting has been convened in response to the concerns raised by members at the Regional Annual General Meeting held in October 2010. It is hoped members will take this opportunity to meet Terry, raise any queries they may have, listen to the answers and also hear first hand about the current situation of The Embroiderers' Guild.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided, however, delegates will need to bring a packed lunch.
If you are interested in participating in this workshop please contact either the Regional Secretary or your Branch Chairman/Secretary.
