We had a very well attended members' day with a number of different activities for everyone to try.
Jackie and Margaret gave demonstrations on how to use an embellisher with a chance for members to have a go themselves.
Paula demonstrated how to make wrapped cords on the sewing machine and several members had a go themselves.
Most members spent time wrapping old wooden curtain rings to create a variety of mini art pieces. We are planning to put the finished pieces together to create a larger textile piece for the competition at the regional AGM.
A very productive and enjoyable members' day.
